Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of product.* Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If the product arrives damaged please contact Customer Service at 1-407-691-0404 within 5 business days of receipt.

Please follow these five easy steps to return merchandise:
1. Contact customer service at 1-407-6910-0404 within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Receive a return merchandise authorization number from customer service.
3. Include a copy of the original receipt with return authorization number and include inside of box.
4. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
5. Return package by preferred shipping company to address below:

Refunds
Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is defective or damaged. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.

*Clearance items and special orders are not eligible for exchange or refunds at any time.
